The vet is very good with animals. Not as great with people but ill take that any day for my pets well being! The receptionist is no nonsense and I love that about her. Still this place isn't for everyone. Prices are lowest in town. They have saved my animals lives multiple times and I'm forever grateful.

Horrible service, cancelled my own doctors appointment to make this appointment. I was on time as directed at 10:15 am and was told they could not see my dog because they were changing their software out on their system. I called back at 1:20 PM to see if the urine sample I left was completed. No one even touched it and the girl tells me they’ll call me when they’re ready. My question is, why did they even make the appointment at 10:15 AM on a Monday morning when they knew their software was going to be changed out and they wouldn’t be able to perform the service. I could’ve went to a different veterinarian so my dog was not suffering. My advice to anyone reading this is find another veterinarian.

I have multiple dogs. I will not use any other Vet only Dr.Deary she is wonderful a great person. The staff is wonderful great people. especially when it comes to my dalmatian Pongo when Pongo was about 3 1/2 months old, he had got very very ill. I had to rush him to a vet clinic in Little Rock because it was on a Sunday he almost died. They could not figure out what was wrong with him and immediately their first option was for me to put him to sleep and I was hysterical and so was my kids because we have waited for this dog seven years so to make a long story short, we wind up leaving him on IV floods the whole Sunday and left there like at 10 PM and I wanted to see our Vet which is Dr.Deary so that following Monday morning, I went straight to the vets office and they took him in right away and called her immediately and she was there within five minutes and started working with him. She started IV fluid started bloodwork everything immediately working with him to find out what was wrong with him and finally we find out he has Sypus diabetes. If it wasn’t for her, our dog would not be alive today and he just turned two years old this past May on the 31st The staff worked with Pongo very well. They were gentle and loving and caring for him. The staff and Dr. Deary was also there for me and our family as well and comforting and assuring us everything was going to be OK and they were gonna do everything they can for our dog and to make sure he was going to be OK and they were doing everything they can to help him. N now he is living his spoiled life!!!
